All checks written to Christian Aid Mission are tax deductible. A receipt will be mailed to you by Christian Aid indicating the payment was made to the Bernard’s. For subsequent gifts they will have provided you an envelope and a convenient tear off form to fill out.
Here is an excerpt from an open letter from Christian Aid addressed:
Dear Friend of Missions,
Zimbabwe is a harsh land. Famine has created continual shortage of food, AIDS has left thousands of children orphaned and adults coping with the realities of death. Thy Kingdom Come Ministries partners with hospitals, churches, schools, and orphanages to distribute food, clothing, medication and other vital supplies to those in need throughout Zimbabwe as well as Malawi and Mozambique.
As the needs around them increase Martin and Ivy Bernard know that ultimately Jesus is the only answer to their countrymen’s problems. Over 60 pastors have been trained by the ministry and are shepherding churches in areas that have never before had a witness for Christ.
